I have always hated having to place my cigar in a dirty ashtray, but there was really no alternative.
So one day while I was playing around with my metal lathe, I noticed some scrap aluminum bar stock laying off to the side. Well, I just happen to be smoking a cigar at the time, and it struck me. Why not make a little cigar rest.
So I made one and started using it. Well, a few of my friends noticed it and they all wanted one also. They were very popular, so here we are today making some of the coolest cigar rests on the market.
I hope you enjoy your cigar prop as much as I enjoy making them for you. And remember to make sure you give your cigars, the props they deserve.
For this cigar rest, we collaborated with an amazing company in Nashville to come up with this super amazing epoxy resin cigar rest.
We made 100 of these and though they all come from the same batch of epoxy resin, they will all vary slightly in color.
Some have more and less orange, and some have none at all. So if you hate orange, let me know and I’ll find you one with no orange.
**The Cigar prop should last a lifetime of abuse. But remember, this is a very hard epoxy resin/acrylic so if you drop it, it may chip.
**The Cigar prop is 2-1/4″ tall, 1- 3/8″ wide, and weighs 2.3 ounces.
**The Cigar prop will handle many sizes of cigars up to a 64 ring gauge.
