Apostate Cigars Announces New Releases at PCA 2026 PCA Tradeshow | New Orleans, Louisiana

Apostate Cigars Introduces The Lost Pages: A Premium Cigarillo Built from the Bones of Something Greater

Salt Lake City, UT — Apostate Cigars announces the launch of The Lost Pages, the brand’s first-ever cigarillo and its first foray into machine-made production. Available to all authorized Apostate retailers, The Lost Pages takes orders at PCA 2026 in New Orleans, with shipping to follow shortly after the show.

The name is no accident. The Lost Pages is built from premium leftover fillers from across the Apostate lineup, tobacco that was always exceptional, just waiting for the right form. The result is a short smoke with a character that punches well above its size, earthy and sweet, with a complexity that hints at the full-bodied blends from which it was born.

Manufactured through Tabacalera Palma in the Dominican Republic in partnership with master blender Jochy Blanco, The Lost Pages carries the same pedigree as the rest of the Apostate core line, but in a quick and accessible format you can finish in twenty minutes.

Apostate Cigars Debuts Death Mask: A Limited-Release Collaboration Forged at Tabacalera Oveja Negra

Salt Lake City, UT — Apostate Cigars announces Death Mask, a strictly limited release and the brand’s first production outside of its longtime home at Tabacalera Palma. Made at the legendary Tabacalera Oveja Negra in Estelí, Nicaragua, and crafted from the personal tobacco inventory of master blender James Brown, The Death Mask is available in only 250 boxes total.

Preference for allocation will be given to new and existing Apostate retail accounts present at PCA 2026 in New Orleans. Any remaining inventory after the show will be allocated to accounts already carrying the Apostate core line. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

The Death Mask wears a rich San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and filler, a combination that reflects both the soil Oveja Negra is known for and the depth of character Brown has cultivated for over a decade. The 5.5 x 48 vitola gives the blend room to breathe and build across a full, satisfying smoke.

This is what happens when an irreverent Utah brand gets its hands on something truly rare. Apostate has always operated in the tension between mythology and reality, Death Mask is no different.

Apostate Cigars Expands Core Line Packaging with New 20-Count Box Option

Salt Lake City, UT — Apostate Cigars announces a packaging update to its full lineup of eight core blends, introducing a new 20-count box option alongside the existing 12-count bundles. The expanded offering will be on display at PCA 2026 in New Orleans, with orders open at the show.

The move reflects growing demand from retailers looking for stronger shelf presence and more flexibility in how they stock and display the Apostate line. The 20-count format is a natural step for a brand that has steadily expanded its retail footprint since launching in 2021.

The eight core blends, each named and themed within Apostate’s signature Mormon mythology framework, remain unchanged in blend, construction, and character. This is purely about giving retail partners more options and giving consumers more reasons to commit to the full experience.

Both the 12-count bundle and the new 20-count box will be available to all authorized Apostate retail accounts going forward.

Packaging Update Details

  • Applies To: All 8 Apostate core line blends
  • New Format: 20-count box
  • Existing Format: 12-count bundle (continues unchanged)
  • Availability: All authorized Apostate retail accounts
  • Orders: Open at PCA 2026 | New Orleans
