Bentley Tobacco | USA Unveils New 5-Pack Line Extensions at 2025 PCA

Featuring the Bentley Green & White Series in Robusto, Toro, and Short Corona – Plus the U.S. Debut of the Grand Toro (GT) and a First Look at the Bentley AI Cigar Project

Orlando, FL – April 7, 2025 — Bentley Tobacco | USA is proud to announce the release of new 5 count presentations of its signature Bentley Green and Bentley White handmade cigar lines. These elegant and accessible line extensions will be showcased at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA) Trade Show in New Orleans, and mark continued refinement in Bentley’s expansion across the American market.

Available in Robusto, Toro, and the newly added Short Corona vitolas, the new packaging offers retailers and consumers a convenient and shelf-friendly format to conveniently take Bentley cigars on the go.

• The Bentley White Series features a crisp, clean white matte-finish box with metallic green accents and an embossed Bentley emblem. The cigars are wrapped in silky Ecuador Connecticut leaf, delivering smooth, creamy notes with balance and subtle complexity.
• The Bentley Green Series is presented in a deep green textured box with silver foil detailing and a premium cut-out window revealing the rich Ecuador Rosado-wrapped cigars inside—bold, refined, and distinctly Nicaraguan in character.

Each package features a vertical cigar display window and blend details on the side of the box, designed to elevate the in-store and unboxing experience.

In addition to these new formats, Bentley Tobacco | USA is also bringing the Bentley GT (Gran Toro) to the U.S. market for the first time. This commanding 7 x 70 vitola from the Bentley Green Series has been a favorite in international markets and will now be available to select U.S. retailers for the first time ever.

Perhaps most exciting, the 2025 PCA will host the exclusive unveiling of the Bentley AI Cigar Project, a revolutionary collaboration between master blenders at Joya De Nicaragua and artificial intelligence. This groundbreaking initiative will culminate in the debut of the Bentley Black – Limited Edition, with full details revealed during the PCA show.
