CigarMedics Presents il Maestro Cigar Cutter

March 25, 2025, Chicago, IL—CigarMedics, maker of the Humidimeter™, The Baller™, and the Guillotina de Saka, presents the il Maestro single-blade cigar cutter. 

Il Maestro is the new evolution of the 2024 Guillotina de Saka. It has the same high-quality, replaceable blade but will feature a new detent lock with spring release. CigarMedics will display the new cigar cutter at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association trade show this April in New Orleans, and units are expected to ship in June. The MSRP is $124.99.

“In a market full of cigar cutters, we wanted to do something distinctively different and give users the unique ability to easily change the blade, much like a shaving razor or utility knife,” says Luigi Lucente, owner and designer for CigarMedics.

I always told Luigi Lucente that I was not going to stand in the way of him making a more economical version to retail or be part of the deal although the original concept was mine.

So when he expressed a desire to do this, I gave him my blessing even though he didn’t need it.
