J.C. Newman Ships The Brick House is on Fire

This TAA Exclusive is Limited to 1,000 Boxes

Today, J.C. Newman Cigar Co. will begin shipping The Brick House is on Fire, a new, limited-edition cigar exclusive to members of the Tobacconist Association of America (TAA).  The Brick House is on Fire is a 6” x 50 Toro with an unfinished foot that looks like a flame.  A total of 1,000 boxes of 10 cigars are being shipped to TAA members across the United States.  The Brick House is on Fire has a suggested retail price of $12 per cigar.

“When you light The Brick House is on Fire, the cigar ignites in flames,” said fourth-generation owner Drew Newman.  “The Brick House is on Fire’s wrapper and binder are cut back to expose the filler leaves. We are excited to share this special cigar with TAA members.”

The Brick House is on Fire is new, limited edition of J.C. Newman’s popular Brick House brand.  Handmade at J.C. Newman’s PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, The Brick House is on Fire features an Ecuador Havana wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos aged for five years.  Last year, Brick House was named the No. 10 cigar of 2024 by Cigar Aficionado

“Brick House is one of my great-grandfather’s original cigar brands,” said Newman.  “First rolled in 1937, Brick House honors the home where my great-grandfather was born in 1875. As it was the only house in the village built from brick, the home was known as ‘the brick house.’”
