Thursday, May 18th, A night of EPIC.
The Red Meat Lover’s Club partners with the National Corvette Museum for a night of Corvettes, Custom Cuts, and Cigars.
This “meating” will gather steaksman from around the country to help create a United in Causes opportunity.

A special Corvette race track day will also be offered with an ALL DAY VIP ticket and will take place at 1 pm May 18th as well
Red Meat Lover’s Club and The Secretary of Steak will be creating their signature auction, live, silent, and raffle for a deserving charity. (watch out when the Secretary has a mic in his hand)
Chef Josh Poling of Hickory & Oak fame and Chef Eric Cotton of Cotton BBQ will be creating a night of large-format meats
Think super heavy passed apps, meat stations of meat mountains, and some sweet things.

Rookies fill up on the apps
Overconsumption of beef does not exist at these events
Cigars are encouraged; we will have an after-smoke outside after sweets
Generosity with our charity partner will be cheered.
Red Meat Lover’s Club will be holding a special silent, live raffle for The Buddy House www.dssky.org and RMLC’S own culinary scholarship fund with Casa De Montecristo powered by George Snow Scholarship Fund.
Casa De Montecristo will be powering our cigar lounge after this, meating and cigars will be included in every ticket.
