Ismael “Ish” Olivan from B.A.M.F. Cigars and Mark “OZ” Geist is proud to announce a cigar collaboration “Shadow Warriors” to honor the Private Military Security Contractors that have and still protect our country.

When Mark and Ismael were introduced, there was an immediate connection. Both of them are veterans, and they will always have a brotherhood of warriors bond. They understand the sacrifices that come with serving one’s nation. They also understand the importance of a good cigar and whiskey, while in their down time. This is a time of reflection upon the close calls and the fallen as a unit and putting smoke in the air, in their honor. This is what “Shadow Warriors” represents.

Mark ” OZ” Geist is a 100% disabled Veteran. He served around the world in the Marine Corps and also as a Private Military Security Contractor, where he was injured in the Battle of Benghazi in 2012 working for the CIA..  When he was traveling from one location to another, he would pick up cigars in Jordan, Istanbul, and other countries on his way to work in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other conflicted countries. A good cigar and a whiskey would remind him of home and simpler times, even if all but for a brief moment.

Ismael “Ish” Olivan is the owner of B.A.M.F. Cigars, a veteran-owned cigar company whose mission is “to bring the most badass cigars to the most badass people”. Ish is the sole proprietor of B.A.M.F. Cigars and sought inspiration for the company through his past life experiences. Not only did Ish serve in the Spanish Army for 11 years, but he also worked as a contractor for an anti-terrorist unit and later became an International Military and Law Enforcement Instructor.  Shadow Warriors Project ( SWP), started by Mark and his wife,  is a military veterans non-profit organization to help individuals and/or the families of those that work in the shadows.  After Mark received his service dog, they decided to add a K9 program to SWP.  They wanted to make a difference in the lives of others who have served this country and struggled with their injuries both externally and internally.  To find out more about the cause go to ShadowWarriorsProject. org
