This is NOT your typical bleed tool. Designed with cigar smokers and firearm enthusiasts in mind, this limited-run version of our signature Butane Lighter Air Bleed Tool is modeled after the iconic M1911 pistol. It’s compact, badass, and one-of-a-kind — but it’s also an experiment in progress.

Here’s the deal:
We’ve been making high-quality aluminum bleed tools for years, but rising manufacturing costs have made innovation tough. Enter 3D printing. This version features a custom 3D-printed plastic handle with a brass bleed tip heat-set into place. Unlike our aluminum tools, the brass tip isn’t press-fit — it’s melted in. While this works well during initial testing, long-term durability is still unknown.

That’s where you come in.
We’ve produced just 24 units for a select group of testers willing to put them through real-world use. Use it for 30 days. Give us your honest feedback. Together, we’ll see if this 3D-printed evolution has what it takes to join the permanent lineup.

• If the brass tip ever loosens, it can easily be secured with a drop of super glue.
