Smoke Inn Cigars Acquires Protocol Cigars Intellectual Property,Ensuring Long-Term Brand Stability and Availability

Smoke Inn Cigars, a premier South Florida–based premium cigar retailer and e-commerce destination, today announced the acquisition of the intellectual property and brand assets of Protocol Cigars from Cubariqueño Cigar Company. The transaction does not include the acquisition of Cubariqueño Cigar Company itself.

This strategic move is intended to strengthen production continuity and improve product availability for consumers, ensuring that Protocol Cigars remain consistently accessible while preserving the character and identity that have defined the brand.

All Protocol Cigars will continue to be produced at the respected La Zona Cigar Factory and at San Lotano under the direction of AJ Fernandez. This ensures the quality, construction, and flavor profiles loyal consumers have come to expect remain unchanged.
