This closed-end double guillotine cigar cutter is made by Quality Importers ( the company that owns Xikar) and is very durable and of the utmost quality.

These are not cheap cutters that you would find in a gas station. These are thick plastic with extremely sharp blades.

Each Cutter is:

3-1/2″ long by 1-1/2″ wide by 3/8″ thick and weighs 1 oz.

These will accommodate up to a 58 ring gauge cigar.
