SMOKE INN ANNOUNCES AGANORSA RARE FUSION AS 19TH MICROBLEND CIGAR

Wednesday, May 3, 2023 — Boynton Beach, FL – Smoke Inn Cigars is adding on to the long-running MicroBlend Series, partnering with Aganorsa Leaf for the first time in the series with the Rare Fusion cigar.

Knowing all too well the diabolical tobacco wizardry taking place at Aganorsa’s classified blending lab in Nicaragua, Smoke Inn tasked their MAD scientists with combining their favorite aspects of two of the company’s most engaging, fan-favorite releases: Supreme Leaf and Rare Leaf. The results of such sinister alchemy brought about the Aganorsa Leaf Rare Fusion cigar, the 19th release in the MicroBlend Series.

Known for their authentic Cuban tobacco-growing techniques and craftsmanship, Aganorsa is recognized as a top grower of premium Nicaraguan tobacco. The company focuses primarily on Corojo ’99 and Criollo ’98 seeds, with Supreme Leaf being Corojo dominant, while Rare Leaf is Criollo dominant. With the Aganorsa Leaf Rare Fusion, the cigar combines the best of both worlds, showcasing the sweet, slightly salty, graham cracker-like characteristics that have made Aganorsa’s Corojo ’99 one of the most sought-after leaves on the market today, being used as the wrapper and portions of the filler. Meanwhile, Aganorsa’s peppery/savory Criollo makes its mark as well, being used throughout the interior recipe. As an added touch, the cigars are finished with the company’s latest tobacco achievement—Nicaraguan Corojo 2012—which is included in the filler to create a perfect synthesis of these two incredible ligas in one Nicaraguan puro, making for a highly enjoyable harmony between the two.

Crafted out of Aganorsa’s boutique-minded factory in Estelí, Aganorsa Leaf Rare Fusion has been rolled in a single 6″ x 54 toro format, boasting a larger ring gauge so as to best showcase the unique Corojo ’99, Corojo 2012, and Criollo ’98 ingredients that have made Aganorsa a favorite in today’s craft circles. True to form, Rare Fusion is indeed “rare,” with only 500 boxes of cigars in existence. This one-off release is scheduled for a spring launch, being sold exclusively at Smoke Inn through their website, smokeinn.com.
